About Me
I design tools for people who do specialized work with data and ML systems, and now the agents that work alongside them. I manage a team of Staff designers, and I still move between design and code when a project needs it: writing the PRD, prototyping, and coding agent skills.

I turn human workflows into agentic workflows for developer tools, and manage three Staff designers on the Developer Experience (DevX) team. Earlier projects include ML Hub, AI Lab, Spotlight and Klondike, tools for ML engineers.
- YouTube Trust & Safety2018 – 2020UX Lead
I redesigned the entire suite of Review tools for the operators and labelers who decide what content is aligned with YouTube Community Guidelines, and helped make the Strikes System clearer for YT Creators.

On Data Studio (now Looker Studio), I worked on multiple projects like Pivot tables experience, onboarding flow to connect data sources, and more.
